Technical Project Coordinator for Phone & AV Systems
(Temp Contract) NUMBER OF OPENINGS:

Late June this year LOCATION:
San Francisco: HYBRID (mostly ON-SITE + local travel to multiple Bay Area locations) DURATION:
2+ years, 40 hours/week HOURLY RATE:
$85-$95/hr MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience with PHONE SYSTEMS and AUDIO-VISUAL SYSTEMS 6 years of verifiable experience as a Technical Project Coordinator, Lead, or Manager in phone or telephony projects 6 years managing large-scale phone or telephony systems projects (3,000+ users, 100+ rooms, 20+ sites), preferably for a public utility or government agency Responsibilities: Project Coordination:
Provide analytical support and serve as the main contact and Subject Matter Expert for Phone System and A/V migration projects. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, tracking, managing deadlines, quality, scope, change management, site visits, documentation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, project status reporting, record maintenance, communication planning, and utilizing MS Office and project management tools. Additional Information: The client plans to execute two major projects over the next 2-3 years: Migrating from the aging Avaya phone system to a modern telephony solution. Modernizing Audio-Visual systems at all sites. The hired Coordinator will support these projects on a time-and-material basis, working during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). The position may be partially remote, at the client's discretion. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
