At Champions ABA, we provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental differences. We’re looking for passionate, dependable individuals to join our team and play an essential role in helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential. We provide all the training you need Opportunities for Growth: RBT certification and an aspiring BCBA program to help you advance in the field A Collaborative & Ethical Culture: Be part of a team that values integrity, creativity, and teamwork What We’re Looking For: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: Background in childcare, education, healthcare, or mental health is preferred, but we train the right candidates Dependability: Consistency is key to a child’s progress Integrity: Work independently in a child’s home while upholding ethical standards Patience & Positivity: A compassionate and upbeat attitude is essential Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage professionally with families and team members What You’ll Do: Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach new skills Collect and track behavioral progress data Implement customized behavior support plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Engage children in interactive play, structured learning activities, and daily routines to promote skill development Requirements: Ability to work actively with children in a hands-on learning environment Comfort with technology for data collection and documentation Willingness to receive feedback and grow professionally Must have reliable transportation Must pass background check Physical ability to bend, kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Join a Team That Values Diversity & Inclusion At Champions ABA, we believe in fostering a workplace where everyone is valued and supported.
