What You'll Do:
As a Service Technician Trainee, you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and repairing commercial dish machines and related equipment. Training customers on the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products. Delivering and picking up chemical products as scheduled. Building strong relationships with customers and decision makers. Handling emergency service calls (on-call rotation). Promoting companion products and services to help our customers succeed. Collecting payments and following up on account balances. Supporting contract renewals and price adjustments.
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. Mechanical aptitude and/or driving experience is a plus. Willingness to climb stairs, enter kitchens, and work in tight spaces. Strong communication skills with a service-type mindset.
