We seek a seasoned professional as a Data Governance Specialist / Data Quality Analyst with 58+ years of experience working with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and metadata management tools such as Informatica Data Catalog. Responsibilities
Develop, deploy, and maintain data quality scorecards, rules, mappings, and exception handling logic using IDQ. Perform data profiling, root cause analysis, and identify patterns and anomalies to resolve data quality issues proactively. Partner with stakeholders across business and IT teams to monitor and uphold data quality KPIs and enforce governance protocols. Support enterprise-level data visibility and trust initiatives to improve organizational confidence in data assets. Collaborate with data stewards and owners to define and implement governance procedures, standards, and policies. Use Informatica Data Catalog to manage metadata, ensure data lineage transparency, and document business rules, quality issues, and artifacts for compliance. Mandatory Qualifications
58+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using IDQ. Deep knowledge of data governance frameworks, principles, and industry standards. Experience with Informatica Data Catalog or similar tools for metadata and data lineage management. Skills in data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes. Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams. Preferred Background
Experience in regulated sectors such as finance or healthcare. Knowledge of data privacy laws like HIPAA and GDPR. Exposure to cloud data ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Certifications in Informatica tools or data governance frameworks are advantageous. Key Competencies
