Key Responsibilities: Design and architect infrastructure solutions for Active Directory, Hybrid Cloud, and on-premises data centers Lead and support Active Directory migrations (cloud-to-cloud, on-prem to cloud) with minimal downtime Design and implement VMware infrastructure (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) Plan and implement Azure infrastructure solutions; exposure to GCP and AWS is a plus Define and implement IAM (Identity and Access Management) strategies using tools like Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Kerberos, LDAP, SAML Establish AD security strategies, configure group policies, and manage user access Lead creation of comprehensive documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation guides, and runbooks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business needs Manage steady-state operations with a focus on cost optimization, performance, and lifecycle management Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers and project teams
Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years in IT Infrastructure, with at least 5 years in an architecture role Strong hands-on experience with: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management Active Directory migration tools: Quest, Binary Tree, ADMT Hybrid Cloud platforms, especially Azure VMware suite (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) On-prem to cloud datacenter transformation projects Proficiency in IAM technologies: Azure AD, MIM, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, PKI Experience with AD migration projects including mergers, consolidations, or optimizations Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or above
Experience Level: 12+ years (with at least 5 years as an Architect)
