This role requires deep expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, and leadership to drive technical excellence across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

- Azure Ecosystem Mastery: Lead the deployment, optimization, and management of cloud infrastructure on Azure, including App Services, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Azure Container Instances, and Azure Active Directory integration.
- Full-Stack Development: Oversee end-to-end development, from UI/UX implementation to backend API design, ensuring seamless integration between components.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, automate deployments, and enforce infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices via Terraform or ARM templates.
- Performance & Security: Implement monitoring (Azure Monitor, Application Insights), enforce security protocols (RBAC, encryption), and optimize costs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster agile practices to maintain code quality and project velocity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- 7+ years in full-stack development with React, Node.js, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- 3+ years designing and deploying cloud-native applications on Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL/Postgres, Storage Accounts).
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of IaC, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps tools.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams through full project lifecycles.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with architectural decision-making.
- Certifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Solutions Architect) are a plus. Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Static Web Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with frontend state management (Redux, Context API) and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Vite, and serverless architectures.
Why This Role?
You'll shape an app modernization project from inception, leveraging Azure's full potential while mentoring a growing team. We prioritize innovation, scalability, and cutting-edge cloud practices.
