Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Compensation: $80-$111 per hour.
Pay rates vary based on provider license type, session location, and session types. Note: SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists must secure their own location for in-person sessions, but we can assist in connecting you with other therapists in need of shared space.
