Bil in E/J Azure Architect Engineer (48351-5) Job Description Position: Azure Architect Engineer - Japanese Bilingual Summary: Support the development and operations of cloud-based solutions in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with a team of motivated technology professionals to build and maintain re-sellable solutions in the Azure cloud. Provide application development and operational support to achieve organizational goals. Utilize a wide array of Azure services and modern codebases, focusing on continuous improvement of functionality, infrastructure, and operations. Leverage the latest Azure features for monitoring and security, and use Azure DevOps tools for building and deploying solutions across various environments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand skills in modern cloud-based solutions. Essential Functions: Troubleshoot SSO issues in cloud and end-user environments. Consult application owners on SSO application structure and integrate SSO applications into Azure AD. Operate Azure Tenant using PowerShell, Applications, Graph API, or other tools. Support functional testing of GAC user invitation applications. Create reports and improve processes using the PDCA cycle. Keywords: Azure AD, IAM, App Service, Application Insights, DevOps (Repos, Pipelines), SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, PowerShell, C#, Graph API, Graph Explorer, Aquera - SCIM Gateway Minimum Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Japanese. Deep understanding of Authentication/Authorization mechanisms such as SAML, OIDC, and Tokens. Deep knowledge of IAM. Experience with C# using Graph API and software engineering principles. Professional skills in writing design and operation documents. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell, especially Azure PowerShell. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve software system issues. High integrity with a proactive and positive work approach. Strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure technologies. Deep understanding of user provisioning via SCIM. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps principles. Knowledge of automated unit testing and test-driven development. Experience with QA automation and application monitoring using Application Insights. Broad knowledge of software and networking, with a passion for technology. Experience with build and deployment configurations of cloud applications (VSTS preferred). Critical thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
