Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Location: San Antonio, TX – On Site/Hybrid | Full-Time A leading organization is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across departments. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into meaningful insights and ensuring the accuracy, usability, and performance of Power BI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions Optimize data models, DAX calculations, and query performance for efficient reporting Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party platforms Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports Provide ongoing support and training to users to maximize adoption of Power BI tools Work closely with IT and analytics teams to implement best practices and improve reporting processes Qualifications 3+ years of experience developing Power BI solutions in a business environment Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling concepts Experience working with SQL and integrating multiple data sources Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred Timing is everything.
