We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the management of our warehouse and sales operations. This role is crucial in driving business results and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Directly manage the Huntsville, AL Warehouse and Distribution Center. Lead and coach branch associates to increase internal and external customer satisfaction and improve branch Return on Sales. Provide operations and logistics support for market growth and expansion opportunities. Oversee Inside Sales, ensuring all quotes and orders are fulfilled promptly. Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives. Provide exceptional customer service by tracking order statuses and meeting customer requirements. Ensure close collaboration and communication with company resources, including procurement, accounting, outside sales, and product specialists. Essential Skills: Proficiency in Reporting and Microsoft Office. Experience in Account Management and Customer Service. Knowledge of Sales and Sales Support. Warehouse Management expertise. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a four-year university strongly preferred. Minimum of 3+ years in the distribution industry, preferably in operations management. Experience in the Pipe, Valves, Fittings (PVF) industry is strongly preferred. Adept with computers, ideally with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or CRM experience. Solar Eclipse experience is heavily preferred. Why Work Here? Work Environment: You will work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse overseeing a team of 12 employees and managing the sales team. While training for this role is conducted in person, remote flexibility is possible, although working in the office is preferred. The ideal candidate should live within a reasonable distance from the branch location. Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Huntsville, Alabama. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
