Geriatrician for Exciting Post Acute Care Innovation
Private post acute care practice seeking a board certified geriatrician to serve in a leadership role for our innovative post acute care delivery transformation team.
Position Overview:

" Board certified geriatrician " Experience in long-term & post acute care " Physician leader supported by other post acute physicians and advanced practice nurses to evaluate, educate and provide oversight in multiple aspects of post acute arena including transitional care " Knowledge in hospital transitions, skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living facilities " Effective communication skills with ability to lead meetings and project teams " Minimal travel required " Competitive base salary with additional incentive compensation " Malpractice insurance provided " Comprehensive benefits including life, health & disability Hospital is licensed for over 650 beds and employs more than 5,000 people, and is the largest employer in the County.
