Job Title: Accounting Fund Manager – SEC Financial Reporting (Hybrid | Private Equity/Real Assets)
Our client is seeking a seasoned
Fund Accounting Manager
with
6+ years of SEC reporting experience
in private equity or real assets. This hybrid role (2–3 days in-office) offers the chance to lead critical financial functions—including
SEC, CSSF, and GAAP reporting, fund analytics, treasury oversight, and third-party coordination . US Citizens from Greater Boston only. You will partner with a high-performing team to ensure financial accuracy, investor reporting, cash flow forecasting, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is a CPA with deep knowledge of
US and Lux GAAP ,
investment fund structures , and hands-on fund management experience. What you bring: Strong SEC/CSSF reporting expertise Fund-level accounting and fair value reporting skills Experience with Investran, Efront, or Great Plains (a plus) CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting Take charge of financial operations and reporting for sophisticated investment vehicles in a dynamic, global environment.
