Full-Time or Part-Time Responsibilities: Prepare and cook steaks, chops, and other grilled items to perfection using our broiler. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized broiler station at all times. Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while meeting customer preferences for doneness and presentation. Assist with daily prep and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy shifts. Requirements: Proven experience as a Broiler Cook or in a similar role in an upscale or high-volume restaurant. Mastery of cooking techniques for steaks and other proteins, including knowledge of temperature control and proper doneness. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexibility to work evenings & weekends.
