Princeton, NJ We are looking for strong business/domain expert with technology consulting/solutioning background. Please find listed below the criteria that we are seeking from the candidates. Responsibilities: Domain expertise - Exhibit strong understanding of the BFS ecosystem & depth of experience (eg for BFS - banking ops, capital markets, consumer banking, risk & assurance, Asset & Wealth Mgmt). Strong expertise leading tech or digital transformations (strategy to implementation). Knowledge of domain specific tech platforms, hyper scalers & tech infrastructure. Experience in building domain specific product/platform partnerships. Tech expertise - Understand the client expectations by empathizing with their pain points, especially their tech challenges like digital transformation, tech/data architecture, data/ERP/product platforms, infra, cloud migrations, etc. Client Presence/Gravitas - Skillfully present the storyline about our solution offerings & value prop. CP Partnership - Assist the Client/Sales Partner in bridging the techno-functional gap and help him/her close the sale. Looking for professionals who have had long stints with client organizations (not consulting or strategy firms). Experience in process flow optimization, tech implementations (Cloud, Infra, ERP, Quality) and data stack & MarTech redesign is helpful. Thanks Seniority level
