Base pay range
$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support multiple initiatives across multiple portfolios within a Fortune 100 organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of program oversight, dashboard creation, reporting, and cross-team coordination to drive transparency and measurable progress across initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee 8–10 programs across multiple portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals. Specifically, you will be pulling data to then put in dashboards and present to Stakeholders Develop and maintain dashboards to track progress and metrics across initiatives. Create and refresh operational dashboards monthly to monitor initiative performance. Report issues to teams, ensuring proper frequency and escalation when needed. Maintain financial tracking and reporting for services and transactions. Utilize Tableau or Power BI to support in data visualization Keep track of services and initiative status across teams using Kanban boards or similar tools. Engage with executive and senior leadership teams to provide updates, status reports, and insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing multiple programs or initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in
Tableau
or
Power BI ,
Excel , and
PowerPoint . Strong understanding of business operations and organizational dynamics. Familiarity with financial and accounting data (formal training can be provided). Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with
Kanban
boards for tracking. Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Background in financial reporting or accounting support. Experience working within large matrixed organizations. Comfortable working with large volumes of data/transactions. Seniority level
