Team The AI Workforce Enablement team at Moody’s Corporation plays a crucial role in strategically advising the organization on leveraging agentic AI technologies. This team identifies high-value opportunities to embed agentic AI into business processes, aiming to capture value through automation and efficiency. It prepares the company to adopt these advanced technologies efficiently and effectively, ensuring a seamless integration into existing workflows. Position Overview Within the AI Workforce Enablement Team, Moody’s Corporation is seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Analyst to report into the Head of AI Workforce Enablement. This role is pivotal in identifying, translating, and advising on high-value opportunities to integrate agentic AI into our business processes. The primary objective is to automate workflows, reduce manual efforts, and optimize business operations using advanced AI technologies. This position plays an important role as part of a dynamic, internal consulting group that will engage key business stakeholders to deliver operational excellence powered by agentic AI. Key Responsibilities Operationalize Moody’s Approach to Agentic AI Deployment:
Leverage our AI enablement frameworks and tools to identify, assess, and implement process improvement opportunities across Moody’s.
Identify High-Value Opportunities:
Proactively seek out and pinpoint opportunities to embed agentic AI into business processes, focusing on automating workflows and minimizing manual tasks.
Translate Business Requirements:
Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams by translating business needs into precise technical requirements that can be implemented effectively.
Advise Leadership:
Provide expert advice to leaders on leveraging generative AI, agentic AI, and digital coworkers to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Consult on Process Re-engineering:
Act as a business consultant to advise on how to re-engineer existing business processes, optimizing them for AI integration. Identify and implement agentic AI technologies into relevant processes where applicable.
Convey Key Learnings:
Share outcomes of agentic AI enablement efforts back to leaders and employees to raise awareness of success stories, opportunity areas, and business impact, while further refining our enablement approach.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
7-10 years in management consulting, business process optimization, product strategy, data sciences, AI/machine learning, or related field.
Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and knowledge of agile project management to build software products.
Proven experience in AI implementation, business process automation, and workflow optimization.
Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, and digital coworkers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders.
Innovative mindset with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance business efficiency through AI technologies.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$169,800.00-$246,150.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
