About the Role
The Arizona Department of Revenue (AZDOR) is seeking a qualified
eServices Management Analyst 2
to support their Taxpayer Services division. This is a mostly remote position with occasional in-office requirements in Phoenix. The role is critical in supporting process improvements, conducting data analysis, and providing technical support for various eServices applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze eServices programs, policies, and processes to identify operational improvements. Conduct management studies, surveys, and compile reports to support decision-making. Provide helpdesk-style technical support to internal users. Engage with vendors to address moderately complex service issues. Support continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and documentation. Ensure agency compliance with relevant taxation laws, systems, and administrative procedures. Utilize tools like Azure DevOps, SQL, and XML for documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of management analysis experience Experience with:
Extensible Markup Language (XML) Quality Assurance (QA) testing SQL - MS SQL Server Management Studio Azure DevOps
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in:
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field 1+ year of experience in tax-related services or administration
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
