Business Development and Partnership Building: Seek new business opportunities, including potential clients, partners, and collaborative projects. Establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, institutions, and organizations to promote business cooperation and mutual growth. Sales and Business Promotion: Facilitate product and service collaborations with clients, achieving sales targets and business objectives. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Promptly address customer complaints and issues, coordinating internal resources to provide solutions. Team Collaboration and Communication: Maintain close communication with the headquarters team, reporting work progress and market dynamics. Collaborate with relevant departments such as development, production, and projects to provide comprehensive services to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in biomedicine, marketing, international trade, or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the biomedicine or related industries. Strong market analysis and business development skills, with a track record of successful sales cases or partnership projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective connections with local partners and clients. Highly self-motivated, with team collaboration spirit and adaptability, able to work independently in a multicultural environment. Currently living in the Boston area, familiar with the local business environment and culture; knowledge of the oligonucleotide field or local network would be an add-on.
