About the Position: NetSuite Administrator Remote (New York City Metro Area Preferred) Our repeat, long-term client in the financial services sector is seeking a NetSuite Administrator/Business Systems Analyst to report into the Financial Systems Manager to support and optimize the company’s ERP environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining system stability, supporting end-users, and continuously improving processes across corporate accounting and corporate applications. This is a hands-on, systems-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on troubleshooting, system configuration, and collaborating cross-functionally to keep business operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator for the company’s NetSuite ERP, supporting a multi-entity, manufacturing-driven environment. Maintain and configure core modules such as OneWorld, Bill Capture, and Advanced Revenue Management. Support advanced functionalities, including EDI integrations, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). Perform day-to-day system maintenance including role/permission updates, saved searches, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Troubleshoot user issues, implement solutions, and liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders as needed. Assist in data governance efforts, ensuring data integrity and clean system architecture. Collaborate with the NetSuite Manager and business teams to support ongoing ERP projects and enhancements. Provide training and documentation to end users and ensure adoption of system best practices. Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience. Strong understanding of complex Order to Cash and multi-entity/currency operations and workflows. Proven ability to configure NetSuite modules and manage system permissions, roles, workflows, and custom records. Experience supporting or implementing NSPB, or NSAW within NetSuite is strongly preferred however this will also pose as an opportunity to learn Proficient in building saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a remote environment and communicating effectively across departments. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred. Nice to Have NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification Experience in a multi-entity or multi-subsidiary NetSuite setup Familiarity with third-party integrations and SuiteScript basics Seniority level
