E-Commerce Business Architect
to play a key role in the development and enhancement of our B2B and B2C eCommerce portals. This position will work cross-functionally with IT, Digital, eCommerce, and Marketing teams, serving as the primary technical resource and business partner for the
SAP Commerce (Hybris)
platform. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong functional and technical expertise, focused on optimizing user experiences and driving successful project execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong experience with
SAP Hybris
eCommerce platform (B2B, B2C portal) highly preferred 10+ years in IT, focused on business analysis, requirements gathering, and system configuration Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical solutions Extensive eCommerce platform experience (Hybris, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, or Adobe Commerce) Strong blend of business, technical, and functional expertise with a focus on high-quality user experience and project delivery. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Skills: SAP system experience Familiarity with Agile methodologies Basic project management capabilities Ability to simplify and communicate complex solutions effectively Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross- functional teams, business units to gather and translate requirements into user stories or use cases Analyze business needs to recommend and implement enhancements for eCommerce platforms Provide input during solution design to improve functionality and user experience Design workflows, interfaces, and user interaction models for intuitive engagement Communicate technical ideas clearly and concisely across teams Maintain awareness of evolving digital best practices and apply relevant standards Build and manage effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors Ensure eCommerce solutions align with overall IT strategy and business goals Support project feasibility analysis, scoping, risk evaluation, and resource estimation Participate in testing and validation to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions Seniority level
