CDL-A Solos start at up to $0.60 CPM base; Teams start at up to $0.75 CPM base. Veteran appreciation pay that won't cost you your benefits! Benefits include:
excellent pay, flexible time off, and great benefits. Our drivers enjoy long OTR routes, longer for teams, earning more with less waiting at shippers. Solo drivers can earn milestone pay increases based on tenure and every 50,000 miles with no cap. Teams start at $0.75 CPM, with increases every 100,000 miles, also with no cap. Routes are primarily east of the Mississippi, allowing you to be home every 1-2 weeks depending on freight. Opportunities include OTR Solos and Teams, Regional, Mentors, and Owner Operators, with paid training for new CDL-A drivers and refresher programs. Veterans are recognized and appreciated, with pay for service regardless of MOS. PTL is 100% employee-owned, offering ownership shares annually as a thank you for your dedication. Teams start up to $0.79 CPM: $0.75 CPM base + $0.04 CPM safety/service bonus. Solos start up to $0.64 CPM: $0.60 CPM base + $0.04 CPM bonus. Long OTR routes, longer for teams. 100% no-touch freight, high drop & hook percentage. Consistent weekly pay, paid vacation, pet policy, rider program. Modern trucks, industry-leading retirement plans, matching 401K, ESOP shares. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available. Minimum 3 months of first-seat experience required.
