Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator / Counter Helper
Our client, a leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator / Counter Helper to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator / Counter Helper, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strong forklift experience and a commitment to safety, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator / Counter Helper Location: Elmsford, NY Temp-Perm Opportunity Pay Range: $20 per hour Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm (1 hr. Lunch) Busy times may be required to work Saturdays 8am-12pm, so OT What's the Job? Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases. Conduct data entry and retrieval on the computer system, including entering customer orders and inventory information. Demonstrate knowledge of products to meet customer needs and promote sales through effective communication. Assist in maintaining the appearance of the branch and ensure a safe working environment. Accurately fill customer orders and perform loading and unloading of trucks as needed. What's Needed? Must have sit-down forklift experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally. Strong communication skills to assist customers and resolve issues effectively.
