Description
Join Our Amazing Team Where Cleanliness is Next to... Lifesaving!
Are you the type of person who gets a weird thrill from making things sparkle? Do you believe that organization is an art form and that every instrument deserves a fresh start? Then you might just be our next
Certified Central Sterile Technician !
At Wilmington Eye Surgery Center, we're on a mission to keep things clean - like, surgically clean . Behind every successful surgery is a superhero in scrubs who made sure every scalpel, clamp, and doodad was spotless and sterile. That superhero could be YOU.
This position is Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week.
What You'll Do: Decontaminate, sterilize, assemble, and distribute surgical instruments like a boss. Play an essential behind-the-scenes role in patient care (think Mission: Possible, but with steam sterilizers). Work with high-tech equipment that basically turns heat and pressure into life-saving magic. Keep your cool in a fast-paced environment where every detail matters.
What You Bring: Certification as a Central Sterile Technician (CRCST, CBSPD, etc.). A meticulous eye for detail - if "OCD" stood for "Outstanding Cleanliness Determination," it would be you. A passion for teamwork and a sense of humor (trust us, you'll need it). A strong stomach and stronger commitment to patient safety.
Perks: Competitive pay and excellent benefits. A tight-knit team that supports and celebrates each other. Opportunities to grow your skills and become the sterilization Jedi you were meant to be.
Ready to make a sterile difference? Apply now and help us keep it clean, safe, and slightly ridiculous (in the best way).

Worked in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)? Even better - we love that kind of experience!
