Job Overview
The Chief Architect will oversee the enterprise evolution of the OPIR TAP Lab/BGIF/OBAC hardware/software baseline. Responsibilities include documentation, risk identification, leading working groups, developing long-term investment strategies, and ensuring the technical baseline aligns with strategic goals.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead contract execution focusing on mission alignment, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support technical assessments, software acquisition, and lifecycle management as a SETA lead.
- Drive systems integration in multi-vendor, multi-classification environments.
- Interface with senior government leadership for strategic updates.
- Manage program execution, team performance, and deliverables as SME.
- Oversee technology projects and facilitate capability transitions.
- Manage facility and lab operations, supporting proof-of-concept and deployment.
- Ensure secure IT services across classification levels.
Required Experience
- 15+ years in Acquisitions Program Management, Aerospace, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years in software development, integration, or testing in DoD or national security facilities.
- Strong background in SETA roles, government contracting, and acquisition support.
- Proven systems integration success.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Education & Certification
Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related technical discipline.
Security Clearance
Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
