This position requires a TS/SCI Security Clearance*** Overall Assignment Description: The senior Contractor CI Cyber Threat Analyst will ensure all reports are complete with minimal errors and that all processes, activities, and reports are conducted within established time frames. They will also ensure analysts are trained and follow current SOPs. They will contribute to the following annual production requirements: Duties Produce weekly actionable Technical CI (Cyber) status reports in collaboration with teammates, NGA partners, and intelligence community peers, providing relevant input for the CI Cyber Branch to create 36 weekly reports, each due NLT 0800 each Monday morning. Reports will include threat data, intelligence, fusion of multiple sources, imagery when available, and information to inform security decisions. Produce monthly Technical CI threat reports, providing 8 monthly reports due NLT 5th of each applicable month, including data compilation, intelligence, fused threat analysis, imagery, and depiction of threats. Produce quarterly Technical CI threat reports, due NLT 5th of January, April, and July, including data, intelligence, fused analysis, imagery, and threat depiction. Contribute to the annual Cyber Threat Assessment due NLT 1 December, including data compilation, intelligence, analysis, imagery, and overall threat evaluation. Produce at least 9 IIRs within the fiscal year, ensuring accuracy, coordination, clarity, timeliness, and responsiveness using automated investigative tools. Provide technical CI advice and expertise in support of inquiries, operations, and issues. Develop leads by detecting anomalies, conducting research, and liaising with partners. Perform research and analysis on technical CI topics of interest to leadership and customers. Draw high-quality, objective conclusions from information in a timely manner. Analyze and synthesize all-source data to identify patterns and linkages. Demonstrate expertise on Technical CI threats and trends. Produce clearly written intelligence products adhering to style guides and templates, using bottom-line-up-front (BLUF) writing. Collaborate with NGA and external IC/Cyber community members. Coordinate CI Cyber activities from Incident Response Events. Conduct threat analysis, forecasts, alerts, and recommend countermeasures. Skills and Experience: Minimum 11 years Threat Analysis experience, with at least 5 years in Technical Threat Analysis or cyber investigations. Must obtain or possess DoD 8570.01-M IA II certification within one year. Desired: Credentialed graduate of a federal or DoD CI training academy, Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in STEM, knowledge of adversaries’ security services, experience translating government vision, coaching teammates, and monitoring progress.
