Base pay range: $36.50/hr - $43.00/hr Summary The Machine Shop Quality Inspector – CMM Programmer programs CMM and supports Quality Assurance with inspection of parts using metrology equipment. Reports to the Quality Manager. Create part setup plans for CMM. Provide feedback to machine shop and engineering for adjustments as needed. Perform measurement inspections of parts, including AS9102 First Article Inspection. Document nonconformances. Assist Quality Assurance with other tasks as assigned. Communicate effectively with inspectors, machinists, and engineering teams. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with GD&T. 3+ years programming Hexagon CMM and PCDemis software. Experience with AS9100 or similar quality system. Epicor ERP experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. U.S. Citizenship required. Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer.
