Licensed Practical Nurse LPN and offering a $10,000 Sign on Bonus
and providing care to patients in
Central District to North King County .
Territory: Float King County
Responsibilities Of The Position
Visits patient and provides nursing care according to plan of care. Implementing the care plan as written Evaluating effectiveness of care plan Record a patients medical history accurately Provide emotional and psychological support when needed Completes a progress note for each visit, and submits progress notes to the agency daily.
Knowledge And Skills
Knowledge of infection control policies and procedures, i.e., Standard Precautions, Isolation Precautions, personal protective equipment, hand hygiene. Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team, supervised by a nurse Knowledge of the delivery of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
Qualifications
Current Washington State nursing assistant certification in good standing 6 months of CNA experience Ability to drive with clean driving record Home health/hospice experience preferred Current CPR / First Aide Seniority level
