We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts. The CNC Mill Machinist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of the final products.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Set up and prepare CNC milling machines for production runs. 2. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements. 3. Operate CNC milling machines to fabricate parts according to specifications. 4. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output. 5. Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to quality standards. 6. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC milling machines.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or similar role. - Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines and reading technical drawings. Giddings & Lewis, 6 Pallet & Niiagata, 2 Pallet Horizontal, and 4 Axis Milling Machines used. - Strong attention to detail and precision. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Certification or training in CNC machining is a plus.
