You will:Program & Operate: Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret technical drawings to determine precise machining operations.Inspect with Precision: Inspect machined parts meticulously using precision measuring instruments.Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Collaborate for Success: Work closely with engineering and production teams to continuously optimize machining processes.Assemble Products: Assemble machined parts into finished products, seeing your work through to completion.What We're Looking For (Your Experience & Qualifications):We're searching for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who possesses:Mathematical Proficiency: Proficient in basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to machining processes.Software Savvy: Hands-on experience with SolidWorks and CAD software.Tool Operation: Ability to safely operate milling machines, hand tools, and power tools.Quality Control Knowledge: Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for quality control purposes.Tooling Expertise: Knowledge of tooling selection and setup for various machining operations.Ready to Machine Your Future?
