Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating and programming CNC machinery. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling machines and presses, and generate CNC programs. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations. Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure precision in machining processes. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions of machined parts. Program CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software for efficient machining operations. Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. Handle materials safely and efficiently within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in production processes. Job Type: Full-time
