Enjoy a culture that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Create & Optimize: Program CNC machines for new and existing parts, focusing on prototypes and high-precision components. Innovate: Design and manufacture advanced fixtures, custom tool holders, cutters, and work-holding solutions—automated or manual. Lead Projects: Own the process from start to finish—programming, setup, troubleshooting, and production. Collaborate: Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure a timely and successful job completion. Inspect & Improve: Perform first article and in-process inspections using manual gauges; make real-time program edits to resolve issues. Document & Track: Use ERP software to log job details and time, ensuring transparency and efficiency. Maintain Excellence: Support safety, 5S, and quality standards while keeping your workspace clean and organized. Experience: Minimum 5 years in CNC machining, blueprint reading, manual inspection, and program writing/revision. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, and 5-axis programming and operation. Hands-On Ability: Skilled in setup and operation of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines. Physical Readiness: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Leadership Potential: Experience as a machining lead is a strong plus. The salary range for this position is $29-$36. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
