This position will oversee and manage the risk management/safety system, which provides incident management, safety management, compliance, and safety audit functions for the safety/risk management department. The role also includes administrative support for incident and claim functions across all lines of insurance and Workers' Compensation. You will work closely with the COO, SVP, Risk & Safety, the Director, Risk & Safety, the Corporate Claims Manager, and the Workers' Comp Manager. Providing exceptional customer service to employees and managers of Atlantic. Representing Atlantic positively and professionally. Complying with corporate policies and procedures. Interacting courteously and professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and managers. Communicating work progress and issues to the Director of Training/Safety Systems and Analytics. Responsibilities
Essential duties include (but are not limited to): Origami Administrator
Serving as the primary administrator for the Atlantic Incident and Claims management system. Managing incident/nearmiss reporting, producing KPIs and dashboards, and publishing loss trend reports. Organizing and analyzing uploaded files in Origami (AIR), including witness statements, photos, videos, etc. Collaborating with regional safety managers to ensure complete incident investigations. Adding new users and managing regional changes in the system. Automating system functions previously managed manually, including scheduling monthly reports. Assisting FBO operations management with system modifications. Managing compliance and follow-up actions using audit features. Creating safety CAPEX functions in audits to identify discrepancies and generate reports. Training regional safety and general managers on system interactions. Creating new mobile forms and updating user information. Updating incident, safety observation, or audit features in the system. Incidents & Claims Support / Safety Reporting
Interacting with regional safety managers to create alerts and follow-ups. Producing monthly safety reporting decks for SVP meetings and ownership reports. Establishing and setting up claims files in the Atlantic claims management system. Coordinating with insurance carriers and brokers to close claims. Following up with FBOs and regional risk teams to close claims. Supporting the Workers' Comp Manager with incident investigations, reviewing calls, organizing data, and OSHA reporting. Skills & Qualifications
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with HTML coding preferred. 2-3 years of risk management and/or system administration experience. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid state driver’s license required. Extremely mature and capable of maintaining confidentiality. Knowledge of claims administration principles and practices. Ability to work independently with high accuracy. Strong relationship-building skills with management and employees. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
