Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Role $1,400-$1,500 per week
Are you a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our team in Brownwood, Texas, where you'll help residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life in a supportive and collaborative Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering treatment plans tailored to residents' needs. Help residents improve their daily living and functional skills through therapeutic interventions. Provide hands-on care and monitor progress to ensure therapy goals are met. Document treatment sessions accurately and in compliance with facility policies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Qualifications: Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Texas. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
