Philadelphia, PA . This is a
permanent, hybrid role
(4 days in-office, 4 remote per pay period) supporting the firm's Knowledge Management team. This newly created position is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and client intelligence-particularly within a professional services or legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
of the
Knowledge CIM Manager:
Own and manage the firm's client relationship management (CRM) system, including maintenance, enhancements, and user adoption Serve as the internal SME for CRM tools (Interaction or similar); experience with DealCloud is a strong plus Oversee data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting across marketing and client development functions Partner with firm leadership to drive contact intelligence strategy, aligning CRM data with broader business development goals Support and manage firmwide email communication platforms such as Vuture or similar Mentor and supervise one direct report (Email Communications and Data Coordinator) Collaborate closely with attorneys, marketing, business development, and IT teams Translate technical systems concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders Continuously assess and improve processes tied to data hygiene, list segmentation, and outreach effectiveness
Requirements
of the
Knowledge CIM Manager:
Bachelor's degree required 5-7 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Interaction, and preferably DealCloud Familiarity with email marketing/distribution platforms (e.g., Vuture) Strong project/process management skills and ability to streamline workflows Experience managing people and mentoring junior team members is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence firm leadership Proactive, highly detail-oriented, and technically proficient with a forward-thinking mindset
Compensation:
$120,000 to $135,000 annually Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
