- Focus on joint replacement: 90% of FOI's total hips and knees performed here
- High-volume practice: average 22 cases/day, specializing in total joints, partial joints, and joint repairs
- Dedicated team: anesthesia techs on-site for seamless support
- No pain management: concentrate solely on perioperative anesthesia
- Modern technology: utilize Echart EMR
- 3:1 or 4:1 medical direction with CRNA/CAA mix
- CRNAs have 8-hour shifts: 5/8 or 4/8s available
- No call
