to join us in our mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care at our endoscopy centers in the
Greater
Cincinnati, Ohio,
area. We have locations in Liberty Township, Norwood, Clifton, and Blue Ash. Upcoming opportunities on the East and West sides of town, as well.

Per Diem/Part-Time Malpractice coverage 6-hour guarantee Mon-Fri day shift schedule - General GI $165/hour - minimum 4 shifts per month
As a Full-Time CRNA on our anesthesia team, you would enjoy: Annual base salary: $212,000 Malpractice coverage (OH state limits / claims-made policy with tail) Cigna health insurance and optional dental/vision/life, etc. Optional HSA/HRA employer contributions and flexible spending accounts 7 weeks of paid time off 8 paid holidays 401(k) retirement plans (eligible after 1 year of employment) Annual profit-sharing contribution to 401(k) (3% of annual salary) Annual bonus: End of year $5,000 Average number of cases per day: 10-13 - no weekends or holidays Commencement Bonus - $10,000
Candidate Requirements Bachelor of Science degree and Master's degree in Anesthesia Current licensure, certification, and ACLS required 1-year related experience (Entry Level)
Core Responsibilities and Skills Administer anesthesia for endoscopic procedures Must be able to work independently and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Intermediate-level computer skills involving word processing, spreadsheet and database skills. Knowledge of EMR Software is a plus Perform other duties as assigned Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively analyze, interpret, and solve practical problems
