If you enjoy working with numbers, resolving discrepancies, and improving systems, this could be a great fit for you! Key Responsibilities Apply and reconcile incoming payments from various sources (lockbox, credit cards, electronic transfers). Research and resolve cash posting discrepancies in collaboration with the AR team and customers. Perform account adjustments and process small balance write-offs in line with company policies. Review customer discount agreements and manage refund requests. Maintain process documentation and assist with updates to the Finance SharePoint site. What You will Bring Associate degree in Accounting or high school diploma with 2+ years of experience in office/clerical experience. Strong diligence and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems quickly. Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
