Summary:
At Cashco, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven
Regional Sales Manager
to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep knowledge of valve applications across various industries, and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships. This role is critical in expanding our market presence and achieving regional sales targets.
Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities in a variety of industries such as chemical, power generation, oil & gas, water treatment, and manufacturing. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and channel partners. Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Conduct on-site customer visits to present valve solutions, understand client needs, and provide technical consultation. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms within company guidelines. Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and network with key decision makers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of technical sales experience in industrial valves, piping systems, or flow control equipment. Technical certifications or training related to valves or fluid dynamics is a plus. In depth knowledge of valve products and relevant industry standards (API, ASME, ANSI, ISO). Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Willing to travel up to 60% of the time within the assigned territory. Continuous movement of parts weighing up to 50lbs with or without accommodations are required in all positions.
