Description
Position: Cashier Location: Bismarck Airport Pay: $17/hour Schedule: Shifts will vary
Cashier is responsible for performing cash transactions and providing excellent customer service. The Cashier ensures proper ticket handling and guest payments while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client's expectations. The Cashier is responsible for taking payments and assisting guests as they enter or exit the property. The cashier is responsible for communicating if any equipment needs assistance or helping guests, may they have questions, ensuring that they have an excellent experience visiting our airport. This job requires a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities Responsible for performing cash transactions with accuracy and precision Keeping your cash organized and knowing what you have on hand Completing all Reimagined documents completely, accurately and neatly Responsible for keeping work environment neat and organized at all times Cleaning and organizing the interior of booth Cleaning the booth windows Ensuring the signage and equipment on the lot is continuously wiped down and free of vandalism and graffiti Ensuring supplies are properly stacked and organized at all times Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment Report all odd occurrences or strange persons on the lot to your supervisor immediately Responsible for being punctual Adhering to the Reimagined Parking dress code for proper attire and grooming Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary Match visitor ticket forms when original tickets cannot located Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in and around the cashier's booth Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, when required Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates Answering the help line Any other duties that may arise Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to verbally communicate with guests and coworkers Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making to thrive in fast-paced environments At least 18 years of age Basic math skills Experience with cash handling is a must Previous customer service experience, preferred Valid driver's license
