Essential Functions:
CLICK HERE to take a peek at what it's like to be a Director at Celebree School! Assists director in identifying and hiring the best talent; helps to motivate school staff. Supports orientation and on-going training. Networks within the community to recruit new families; follows-up with potentials; committed to reaching enrollment goals. Promotes teamwork and enthusiasm; fosters commitment to Celebree mission, vision, and values-protect, educate, nurture. Documents effectively; consistent use of company tools/processes. Ensures exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours; welcoming environment; accessible for parents, phone calls, etc.; concerns addressed in a timely manner. Assists in ensuring school is consistently clean, neat and organized and meets visual execution standards; recommends repair work as needed. Assists in supporting and leading new company initiatives; works with School Director to ensure adaptation of new programs, policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws, MSDE-OCC regulations, and Celebree standards, policies and procedures. Assists in planning and supervising school field trips and programs; ensures curriculum is followed appropriately. Assists in creation of staff schedules; helps to maintain accurate and complete employee and child files; assists with classroom observations as needed. Completes all required paperwork and recordkeeping on a timely basis. Ensures School financials are up-to-date, accurate and organized. Demonstrates accountability and initiative; identifies opportunities/goals for the school. Understands payroll and budget control and remains within target; achieves enrollment goals.
Education/Experience: BA degree in education or related field heavily desired. AA degree in Early Childhood Education or related discipline required. Proven Management experience may be substituted for education on a case by case basis. Preschool Lead Teacher (90 hr certificate) qualification required, Infant & Toddler certification (45 hr certificate) & School Age Teacher certification (90 hr SA certificate) strongly desired. Business and/or accounting experience desired.
Management experience in the early childhood education industry a plus.
