Seeking an experienced and dedicated Credit Officer for investment banking area such as Project Finance, Leveraged Buyout deal, etc. The successful candidate will play a key role as below responsibilities which are mainly related to the approval of credit application to support sustainable growth of the Bank and management of asset soundness of the Bank
Job Description
- Check all the relevant credit information of each credit application submitted by front office and thoroughly analyze the financial statements and other supporting data to ensure credit worthiness of each application
- • Submit the loan proposal to the appropriate credit committee for approval
- • Perform financial market research and report to the Chief Credit Officer
- • Assist the Chief Credit Officer in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures that align
- with regulatory requirements and the company's business objectives.
- • Conduct periodic review of existing loans to provide early warnings of loan problems
- • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- • At least 3 years of experience as Credit Officer or 7 years of experience in Banking industry
- • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- • Relevant professional certificates such as CFA or AICPA preferred
- • Korean/English Bilingual
