We're looking for energetic, caring individuals who are passionate about working with children to join our
Before and After School Program (Grades K-6)
in the Hillsborough School District. Whether you're beginning your career in education or looking for meaningful part-time work, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the lives of children. This is a perfect position for: College students in education, social work, or child psychology School aides and paraprofessionals Recent retirees or empty nesters Anyone who loves working with children and wants to grow in a supportive team Job Description Leading fun, age-appropriate enrichment activities with enthusiasm and creativity Using positive behavior strategies to support children's growth and cooperation Providing homework assistance and create a caring, respectful environment Ensuring the space is safe, organized, and welcoming Hours Position is part-time, Monday to Friday. Hours range between 1:45pm to 6:00pm depending on the program location.
