None The Opportunity: CACI is hiring a Chinese Cryptologic Language Training Developer in Linthicum, MD. The developer will create, maintain, and update language training materials to mirror language analyst tasks, ensuring they meet training requirements. Responsibilities: Develop and update language training materials to reflect analyst tasks; Utilize blended learning techniques, including eLearning, videos, audio exercises, readings, and case studies; Clarify and document operational requirements, training objectives, and language proficiency levels; Prioritize training development requirements; Research and leverage language resources to develop authentic training content, including transcription, translation, and analysis of exercises; Collaborate with instructors and government/contractor developers on training materials; Use Adobe C5S and Adobe Premier to develop blended language learning materials; Work with technical experts and instructors to develop and refine language content; Create practical evaluations to assess student mastery; Identify and recommend effective learning tools and applications; Collaborate with other instructors and developers. Qualifications: Required: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph; Master's degree in language, area studies, education, instructional design, or related field (or equivalent experience); At least 8 years of SIGINT or IC experience as a language analyst or instructor; 3+ years of experience in developing language training materials following ISD principles; 3+ years of experience with instructional systems design and web-based learning technologies; Native or proficient in the language to be taught and English, with documented proficiency levels within the last 3 years; Alternatively, extensive practical experience in language education or analysis can substitute for a master's degree; One year of typing experience using English and foreign language fonts and software.
