Relocation to the Dayton/Cincinnati, OH area required for this role. We are based in Miamisburg, OH, flying out of MGY Airport. The Connor Group is an industry leader with $5 billion in assets that has been in business for over 30 years and has won multiple awards including top 50 employers nationwide. We love aviation and have owned and operated airplanes for over 30 years. In addition to having our own state-of-the-art hangar (built in 2019, doubled in 2023) located on Dayton Wright Brothers Airport (MGY) next to our Central Support Office, we have a modern, well-maintained fleet of aircraft, including a CJ3, CJ4, and Piper Meridian. If this describes you, we would love to talk to you about the role! · Are you passionate about aviation & seeking a role within a private flight department? · You prefer a personalized private aviation experience over the structure of corporate airlines. · You are drawn to a unique aviation environment featuring a privately owned hangar. · You thrive in a small, dynamic operation with the opportunity to fly a variety of private jets. · You appreciate the efficiency and convenience of bypassing TSA. · Are you known for providing exceptional customer service and operating flights with a focus on passenger safety? · Do you act like an owner? Qualified candidates should possess the following: · Experience in single pilot operations. · Flight time:
at least 1,500 hours total time, with a minimum of 300 hours in a turboprop/turbine ·
Experience in busy airspace, landing and taking off from busy airports. · FAA Commercial Pilot with Multi-Engine Instrument. · A passion for flying and delivering exceptional, safe, and smooth flight experiences for all passengers. What we offer for the right candidate: · Opportunity to work directly with a private owner in an exclusive flight operation. · 80% of our flights are out and back on the same day, flying the Meridian. · Well maintained aircraft with a strong culture of safety. · Conduct all pre-flight planning including weather assessment, routes, and weight balance calculations. · No office hours.
