RN Qualifications & Responsibilities: Active New Jersey RN license in good standing Minimum of 3 years' experience in Long-term care experience and working in subacute care Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and in accordance with care plans Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and report concerns to the healthcare team Provide compassionate care while supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator RN Schedule & Benefits: Schedule: Full-time, 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts You have the option to get Paid Daily for financial flexibility Comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, and paid time off (PTO) Career growth and advancement opportunities within our expanding organization Join Complete Care at Marcella and become part of a team that values dedication, compassion, and excellence in nursing care.
