Your Role:
In this exciting position, you will oversee our sales operations in the Seattle (King County) market while driving growth and revenue generation. Your ability to develop strategic sales plans and lead a talented team will be crucial to achieving our goals. You'll also play a vital role in shaping our company culture and operational excellence.
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, cultivating a positive and engaging work environment Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our growth objectives Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and independent contractors to ensure success Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive improvements and maximize profitability Oversee the sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes to ensure financial health Empower your team with ongoing training, mentoring, and support to realize their full potential Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and drive client satisfaction

Requirements
10+ years of experience in B2B sales and operations, demonstrating a track record of driving sales growth Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving ambitious goals Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships at all levels Proficient with business software tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems) for efficient operations A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing for effective project management A collaborative approach with a focus on creating team synergy and operational excellence Comfortable with public speaking and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively A passion for delivering results and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the business
