Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Hybrid/Remote Salary:

Civil Technical Project Manager
to support and lead technical execution on solar and power delivery projects. If you're energized by hands-on problem-solving, want to work alongside the best in the business, and thrive in fast-paced environments—this might be your next big move. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and support civil design efforts across renewable energy projects
Draft and produce construction plans using C3D and EVS standards
Coordinate directly with internal teams and clients to move projects forward
Perform technical reviews, QA/QC checks, and feasibility assessments
Bring innovation and efficiency to every project you touch
Contribute to project management and client success
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of civil engineering experience (solar experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, technical skill, and quality mindset
Proactive communication style and a collaborative attitude
Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-moving work environment
