The Vice President, Asset Management will be responsible for driving value creation, operational performance, and strategic direction across a portfolio of office assets in Atlanta. This individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to maximize asset performance and investor returns. This is a high-impact role offering an opportunity to shape the success of a best-in-class commercial real estate platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of asset-level strategies to enhance value, drive NOI growth, and optimize investment performance.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including property management, leasing, construction, and marketing, to ensure alignment with business plans and strategic objectives.
• Prepare and implement annual business plans and operating budgets for each asset, ensuring alignment with portfolio and investor goals.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, conduct variance analyses, and recommend proactive strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Play an active role in acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and integration of newly acquired assets, as well as the disposition process to ensure successful exit strategies.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including investors, tenants, brokers, vendors, and local market participants.
• Negotiate and approve property-level agreements, including leases, lease amendments, service contracts, and management agreements, within authority and policy guidelines.
• Lead quarterly investor reporting for assigned assets, including preparation of detailed financial summaries, asset narratives, and performance commentary.
• Provide strategic input on development and capital improvement initiatives, ensuring they meet timeline, budget, and return objectives.
  

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, real estate, or related discipline
Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial real estate asset management, with a focus on office
