Requirements
•High school diploma /G.E.D. certificate
•Knowledge of school regulations/calendar
•Three years of progressively responsible experience in office administration or secretarial
duties.
•Experience interacting with the public
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Google Suite, and school-related tools
(ex: School management database such as Skyward or similar)
•Ability to self-teach or problem-solve when applicable
Reports to:
•The Troubadour Lead
Qualifications:
•All RA staff are expected to have a clear understanding of the school's vision. As the
Admin Team Assistant, they should be able to see and explain how their role fits into that
vision.
•A team player mindset is essential, along with a willingness to collaborate with the team.
•Maintain a cheerful demeanor and professional attitude when interacting daily with parents
and community members.
•Use of Google Sheets at the proficient level is desirable
•A high level of intuitive problem-solving is a plus
Various daily duties:
•Coordinates the daily clerical support functions of the school's administrative office.
•Make appointments for the CEO, Principals or others as directed by the Admin team
•Maintain the office phone and log activity
•Give teachers/students messages from parents, i.e. change of transportation, message, etc.
•Check in visitors and ensure they are given guidance upon arrival
•Call buses/support dismissal and arrival
•Distribute mail and packages
•Other tasks as deemed necessary by the administration
•Maintain order and upkeep in main office
•Work with Troubadours on tickets as needed
•Respond to the open request of the admin team
•Updates to Admin Coverage
•Updates to Franklin Commons Calendar

•Send out retreat information to participants
•Annual legal notices per CEO
•Ensure all Student handbook information has been completed by school principals for
board review
•Follow up with Business Office Manager that insurance forms have been ordered
August
•Send letter to senior parents re: military information
•All items on the Dashboard are updated & verified with relevant stakeholders
o Phone list for staff
o Call out cards
September
•Create a student graduation list on excel sheet with list of graduates as the name would
appear on the diploma.
•Provide Academic / College Counselor the list to give to seniors to check names.
•Send e-mail or letter to each guardian/parent requesting approval of name for diploma
•E-mail graduate list to Josten's ( autumn.gangelhoff@jostens.com - 2012-13 e-mail) for
diplomas.

•Prepare for the end of year checkout - check out security cards, keys, etc.
