- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Manage quarterly and annual financial, tax, and compliance reporting in alignment with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Liquidity & Valuation: Oversee fund liquidity, capital calls, and quarterly investment valuations, including ASC-820 methodologies.
- Audit, Tax & Investor Reporting: Liaise with auditors and tax advisors on audits, tax filings, and K-1s, and support LP reporting, investor communications, and fundraising efforts.
- Investment Operations: Support investment closings, wire coordination, document review, and management of investment records and portfolio data.
- Financial Modeling & Reporting: Prepare ad hoc financial models and reports on fund and portfolio performance (IRR, MOIC, TVPI).
- Management &Improvement: Manage vendors and service providers, maintain internal controls, and lead operational improvement initiatives.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (CPA preferred).
- Experience: 2-4 years of public accounting (audit or tax) experience focused on partnerships, with exposure to private equity, venture capital, or hedge funds.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, withexperience in fund administration systems and platforms (Standard Metrics or similar) preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong technical accounting, organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
